PVNCCDSB Remote Access Troubleshooting

The board has implemented risk based access policies for accessing organization assets. If you see the message below:

    1. You are attempting to access board resources from a Proxy or VPN
      Solution: Disable your VPN or proxy and try again
    2. You are attempting to access board resources from outside of Canada
      Solution: Contact your principal if you are traveling outside of the country and require access
    3. Your account is flagged for risk and will only be able to access board resources from a board managed device (board issued Windows or Chromebook device) or from a board location (school or Education Centre).
      Solution: A password reset will need to be completed from a school location or from your board device
      • When your account enters a risk state, it will be flagged for a password reset automatically
